Supporting Safe & Compliant Construction Projects
A project is categorised a CDM project if it involves any construction work regardless of the size, duration, or complexity of the project under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
A Project is notifiable to the HSE Regulator if the construction work is expected to last more than 30 days and have more than 20 workers working at the same time at any point on the project, or exceed 500 person days of construction work.

- Undertaking initial and regular CDM audits to ensure that Safey Management Systems (Plan Do Check Act) are implemented and maintained
- Assistance with the production of project critical documents such as the Construction Phase Plan, Emergency Response Plan and Traffic Management Plan
- Advise and assists on initial CDM site setup
